EMERALD ACADEMY PROUDLY PARTICIPATED IN THE HIBISCUS SCHOOLS ROBOTICS MAKE-A-THON CONVENTION ON AUGUST 2, 2025, COMPETING IN THE QUIZ AND DEBATE CATEGORIES UNDER THE THEME “IGNITE, INVENT, INSPIRE.”

Representing the academy with intellect and eloquence, our students showcased their knowledge and critical thinking in a high-stakes academic environment. The Quiz team impressed with their quick recall and strategic thinking, earning 2nd place among fierce competitors. Meanwhile, our Debate team delivered compelling arguments and sharp rebuttals, securing a commendable 3rd place finish.

The event was more than a competition—it was a celebration of innovation, education, and youth empowerment. Our students demonstrated not only academic excellence but also the values of teamwork, resilience, and respectful discourse.

Emerald Academy Civic Day – August 1, 2025

EMERALD ACADEMY CELEBRATED CIVIC DAY ON AUGUST 1, 2025, WITH A CREATIVE ROLE-REVERSAL THEME THAT BROUGHT LAUGHTER, REFLECTION, AND A DEEPER SENSE OF COMMUNITY. STUDENTS DRESSED AS THEIR PARENTS, WHILE TEACHERS STEPPED INTO THE SHOES OF STUDENTS—LITERALLY!

This unique celebration encouraged empathy, understanding, and appreciation for the roles we play in society and at home. Students proudly represented their parents’ professions and daily routines, while teachers embraced the student experience with playful enthusiasm. The day sparked meaningful conversations about responsibility, respect, and the value of every individual’s contribution to the community.

Through costumes, skits, and shared stories, Civic Day reminded us that learning goes beyond the classroom—it’s about seeing the world through each other’s eyes and honoring the people who shape our lives.

Together, we swapped roles, shared laughs, and strengthened bonds—one outfit, one story, one unforgettable Civic Day.

This vibrant event brought together students in a dynamic display of athleticism and camaraderie. From the excitement of sprinting races to the strategy and skill of the football match, participants showcased not only their physical abilities but also their sportsmanship and unity.

The day was a powerful reminder that sports are more than just games—they are a celebration of perseverance, discipline, and the joy of collective achievement. EMERALD ACADEMY PROUDLY CELEBRATED THE DAY OF THE AFRICAN CHILD ON JUNE 16, 2025, UNDER THE THEME “EDUCATE, EMPOWER, ELEVATE: HONORING OUR HERITAGE, SHAPING OUR FUTURE.”

THIS SPECIAL EVENT BROUGHT TOGETHER STUDENTS TO COMMEMORATE THE RESILIENCE, POTENTIAL, AND RIGHTS OF AFRICAN CHILDREN. THROUGH ENGAGING DISCUSSIONS, CULTURAL PERFORMANCES, PARTICIPANTS EXPLORED THE RICHNESS OF AFRICAN HERITAGE, THE IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATION, AND THEIR ROLE AS FUTURE LEADERS.
