Fees at Emerald Academy

Emerald Academy offers flexible payment options to accommodate different family budgets while ensuring access to high-quality education. The fees are structured by grade level and can be paid monthly or termly, with discounts available for siblings. The fees outlined below pertain to the Full-Time Homeschooling Program. A separate section details the fees for the Part-Time Tutoring and Supplementing Programs.

Full-Time Homeschooling Program Fees

Enrollment Fees
  • Application Fee: P250 (non-refundable)

  • ERP Fee: P450 per year. This fee is paid upon enrollment and at the beginning of each academic year.

School Fees Schedule
  • Standards 1-6:

    • Option 1 (Monthly Payment): P1,350 per month (P5,400 per term, P16,200 annually)

    • Option 2 (Three Payments per Term): P1,700 per installment (P5,100 per term, P15,300 annually)

    • Option 3 (Termly Payment): P4,200 per term (P12,600 annually)

  • Standard 7-Form 3:

    • Option 1 (Monthly Payment): P1,650 per month (P6,600 per term, P19,800 annually)

    • Option 2 (Three Payments per Term): P2,100 per installment (P6,300 per term, P18,900 annually)

    • Option 3 (Termly Payment): P6,000 per term (P18,000 annually)

  • Form 4:

    • Option 1 (Monthly Payment): P1,725 per month (P6,900 per term, P20,700 annually)

    • Option 2 (Three Payments per Term): P2,200 per installment (P6,600 per term, P19,800 annually)

    • Option 3 (Termly Payment): P6,300 per term (P18,900 annually)

Discounts
  • Sibling Discount: A 5% discount is offered for the second child enrolled, and a 10% discount is offered for the third and subsequent children. These discounts apply only to school fees and not to enrollment fees.

Payment Policies
  • All term fees must be paid in full before the start of each term. If choosing a payment plan, the first installment is due before the term begins.

  • Emerald Academy reserves the right to exclude students whose fees are not paid according to the agreed-upon schedule.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, bank deposit, or through the Point of Sale system at the school. Cash payments are not accepted.

  • Parents making payments through bank transfer or deposit must send proof of payment to the school, using the student’s full name, surname, and grade as a reference.

Other Fees
  • Mandatory Fees: Exam fees for completing students will be communicated separately.

  • Optional Fees: Food subscriptions can be arranged through the admissions office.

  • Form 5 Exam Registration Fees: For students in Form 5 who need extra preparation time and do not write their exams in Form 4, exam registration fees as private candidates are approximately BWP 8,000 for eight subjects. These fees apply to either the May/June or October/November exam sessions.
